In 2005, our management team purchased NJ based, Payroll Associates, LLC. In turn, a number of Payroll Associates software licensees had a vision of something far larger. They agreed to merge their individual businesses into a far more expansive organization. Together, these newly-joined service bureaus were able to offer a national scope, while still retaining the power of their local service touch.

Many on the management team had in the 1980’s and 1990’s also been the innovators behind InterPay, the founding father of branded payroll solutions, and one of the largest payroll providers in the nation. Leveraging their unique expertise, they set out to create a new payroll model, and PayChoice was the result.
